Comments: On January 1, 2009 KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (Amsterdam) unveiled this first retrojet painted in the 1959 livery to help celebrate its 90th Anniversary of its founding on October 7, 2009. The first flight was on May 17, 1920 between London (Croydon) and Amsterdam. This first retrojet will be the first of a series to be introduced during 2009.
